Group Classes
Structured lessons that build skill and confidence together.
Ask me about GroupAbout this program
Group classes bring together swimmers of a similar age and level for a lesson that's equal parts skill-building and genuine fun. I keep the groups small so every swimmer still gets individual correction from me, while the social energy of learning alongside peers keeps kids motivated — and, honestly, keeps adults showing up too. I also run a ladies-only adult group for swimmers who'd prefer a more private setting.
What I focus on
Toddler groups (4–6 years)
Water confidence, floating, and the foundations of independent movement, all taught through games.
Kids' groups (7–14 years)
Stroke technique from beginner through advanced, with a clear sense of progression at every level.
Adult groups (15+)
Beginner-friendly instruction, with a ladies-only option, focused on comfort, technique, and fitness.
Common questions
How many swimmers are in a group?
I cap group classes at 6 swimmers so I can still give everyone real, individual attention.
Is the ladies-only group really just women?
Yes — it's a private, comfortable setting with only female swimmers and me, and it's especially popular with beginners.
